Follow the instructions bellow and make a really funny meme!
1. CHOOSE A TOPIC
Choose a topic for your meme. I will just go with Sonic Adventure 3 not releasing. You can make one up, or choose one of the followings bellow:
Pokémon: No new Eeveelutions in Pokémon Scarlet and Violet.
Thomas and friends: Thomas fires a train.
Sonic the Hedgehog: Sonic Adventure 3 not releasing.
Super Mario Bros.: "Your pipes are broken".
Pokémon: Ash lives up to 25 years old, but stays 10.
Curious George: Going on the train.

2. WRITE IT DOWN
If you can't remember it in your head, write it down! Write down your topic in an easy to reach area.
3. OPEN YOUR PROGRAM
Open up your Adobe Photoshop Program and click EDIT. Once it loads, we go on to the next step!
4. GET SNAPSHOTS
Use funny snapshots. Get some, or use some you already have. If you already have funny snapshots, skip this step.
Their are funny snapshots in:
Pokémon Sun and Moon(Ult Adventures, Ult Legends)
Thomas the Tank Engine and Thomas and Friends.
Arthur
Sonic X
Magic School Bus
Curious George
If you can't find any snapshots you like from the TV shows above, you can use mines:
5. PUT YOUR SNAPSHOTS TOGATHER
Put all of your snapshots together in a meme. How?
Click FILE. Then click OPEN.
Select the pictures you want to use, then click OPEN.
Then, click FILE again, then click NEW. Then click BLANK FILE.
Then, change the size to match this:
It should look like this when done:
Now that you have that done, import your snapshot by dragging them in.
How?
Then drag image out of the frame, and into the the blank page.
How?
Hold down mouse(click and hold your finger down) on top your image. Drag out of the frame, and into the bottom bar:
Then drag on top of blank page. When it is on top, let go of clicking.

Add all other images, then arrange them. (I expanded the blank page)

You can change the page to be as big as you want, but make sure your snaps fit neatly.
It should look something like this when your done.
How do I put in text?
Easy! Click the Type tool with the T icon.
Then, choose the font that looks like your meme the most!
Now you are done creating your meme!

How do I save?
Click FILE, then click SAVE AS.
Then, change the name and first save as a PSD file, then save again as a JPEG or PNG.
How do I make animated memes?
Add pictures and snaps and add text. How to add text is: to use text tool and merge with the snap you want it with.
Then click FILE, then SAVE FOR WEB. Then select ANIMATE.
How do I merge layers?
Have the text and snaps already inside. Then select all the things you want to merge, then right click one of the things you selected. Then select MERGE LAYERS.
How do I select?
Hold CTRL key while clicking the things you want. A quicker way is holding SHIFT key. Then click the one you want, and another, then all the ones in between are also selected.
